Paw Paw Quick Bread

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups paw paw pulp about 3 paw paws


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease your loaf pans with cooking spray.

    Mix together flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.

    Cream sugar and butter until fluffy

    Add eggs one at a time, making sure each one is thoroughly incorporated. 

    Add vanilla and the paw paw pulp and beat until combined.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix only until incorporated, not overly mixed

    Pour batter into greased loaf pans and bake 45-55 minutes or until set. 

    Let cool before removing for 10 minutes.
